Welcome to ATAB (Automated Telephone Account Betting), New York City OTB’s touch-
tone innovation for better and faster service that utilize the telephone to place wagers.  
With this feature, you will be able to quickly access your ADW account to obtain your
balance or place your wagers without speaking to a live operator.

To begin, call the toll-free ATAB telephone number: 1-800-489-1994.  It’s easy to place your wagers through the ATAB system and you will be prompted at every step.  Just follow these simple directions.  
         Enter: 
1.     your account number through your touch-tone telephone keypad. 
2.     your PIN.  Afteracceptance of account number and PIN, you will receive 
        your account balance  (press# to continue). 
3.    Track Code (press# to continue). 
4.     Race Number (press# to continue).
5.     Bet Amount (press# to continue).
6.     Bet Type (press# to continue).
7.     Runner(s) (press# to continue).
The wager will then be read back (press 1# to accept).

VOICE BET
VoiceBet is NYCOTB’s automated voice recognition system that can be used when 
placing a telephone betting wager.  It enables our ADWAccount holders to use voice 
command from any telephone or key commands from anytouch tone telephone to check 
account balances, to place wagers or to reviewbets. High quality digital voice 
instructions will guide you through thesteps.  Your verbal bets are identified and read 
back for confirmation, justlike with a live representative.  Wagers placed through 
VoiceBet can be readback at any time. Also at any time, you have the option to switch 
to a live representative.

                          Just follow the simple four step process.  Call
                                             1-877-682-9461.

1. Sign On 
   prompt:  Please say or enter your account number.
    say:  your account number as digits (for example: nine, eight, seven, six)
   or touch:  your account number followed by the # key (for example, 987651#)
   
   prompt:  What’s your PIN?
    say:  your pin as digits (for example, 1234)
   or touch:  your PIN followed by the # key (for example: 1234#)
   listen:for your account balance

      2.  Select Track & Race
             prompt:  What’s the TRACK and RACE?
             say:  the track name and race number (for example: Belmont, race one)
            or touch:  the track number, the # key, the race number and the # key (for
            example: 1 #, 2#).
           -If you are not sure of the available tracks and races, do not speak or touch any
            keys at the prompt.  A list of the available track names, track numbers and open
            races will be announced.

      3.  Place A Bet
           prompt:  What’s the bet?
           say:  the bet amount, bet type and runners (for example: two dollars to win on the
           four – One dollar tri key one over the two, three)
           or touch: the amount followed by #, the bet followed by #, the runners followed
           by # (for example: 2 #, 1 #, 4 1 #, 72 #, 1 #, 2*,3 #)

           Please Note:   The Bet type codes are listed in the box at the top.
                                    Separate runners in a leg using * and separate legs using #. 

      4.  Confirm The Bet
           The complete bet is played back for confirmation.

           Your bet is Belmont, race one, two dollars to win on the four.  Please say yes or no.  The confirmation 
           options are  yes (1 #), no (2 #) or start over (**#).
