DEPOSITS
There are four easy ways to make deposits into your Advance Deposit Wagering (“ADW”) Account:

-Cash Deposits
Cash Deposits can be made at any NYCOTB branch location. Simply request a deposit slip and fill in your name, account number and amount of deposit and present it with proper cash at any window. Once the cashier processes your deposit, it is instantly credited to your account. Please wait for your receipt when making a cash deposit.

-Checks/Money Orders
All checks and money orders must be made payable to: "New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation" and mailed to:

Funds can be transferred electronically from your registered checking account to your ADW Account with OTBPay by using the internet or by calling the toll-free number (1-866-LOAD-OTB) and speaking with a live operator or using touchtone. Checks are now being accepted in NYCOTB Teletheaters and Restaurants (coming soon at Il Fornetto Restaurant). Funds become available within 5 to 10 minutes after your transaction is approved. Transactions are subject to a service charge imposed by OTBPay based on the amount of the transfer. For more information and to download a Registration Form, Click Here. The Corporation does not accept third party checks or checks drawn on a corporate account for deposit into ADW accounts. Please note your account number on the face of the check or money order. Your ADW account is generally credited within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of your item. However, please note the following exceptions: checks which exceed $299.99 will clear and be credited to your account within five (5) business days and/or an out-of-state check which exceeds $299.99 will clear and be credited to your account within ten (10) business days. DO NOT MAIL CASH!

WITHDRAWALS
There are two ways you can easily withdraw money from your account:

-Same Day Cash Withdrawals
You can withdraw money from your account at any NYCOTB branch location. In accordance with Corporate Rules and Procedures, account holders making withdrawals at branch level for any amount must present your Account Green Card and one (1) primary and one (1) secondary form of identification with your signature at the time the requested money is released. These forms of identification must be the following:

PRIMARY: a valid Drivers License containing your photo and your motorist identification number, a valid passport, an employee identification card containing your photo accompanied by a company payroll stub bearing your Social Security number or a Department of Motor Vehicles non-drivers identification.

SECONDARY: Motor Vehicle registration which shows a vehicle identification number, a voters registration card showing your home address, a valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express card bearing your signature or a Social Security card bearing your signature.

These measures have been taken for your protection!

If you wish to make a cash withdrawal of $3,000.00 or less, simply go to any cashier's window and present yourself with Account Green Card plus two (2) pieces of identification as specified. Complete and sign the withdrawal slip and you can withdraw up to $3,000.00 immediately.

If your withdrawal is in excess of $3,000.00, arrangements must be made on the day of the withdrawal through the ADW Accounts Department at (212) 704-5127. Tell us at which branch you wish to make the withdrawal and which forms of primary and secondary identification you will be using. This is for the protection of your account!

-Withdrawals by Mail
In order for a withdrawal to be processed by mail, it is important that you complete and sign your withdrawal slip and send it to the following address:
