CUSTOMER CONDUCT INSIDE AN OTB FACILITY

• No Touting, bookmaking or illegal gambling.
• No Loitering, "Stooping", disorderly conduct.
• No Minors (whether accompanied by an adult or not).
• No Placing bets on behalf of a minor or with money received from a minor.
• No Use or sale of controlled substances.
• No Drinking of alcohol.
• No Consumption of food or drink, except in designated facilities.
• No Smoking
• No Operation of radios or television sets.
• No Sitting on counters or tables.
• No Littering or defacement of OTB facilities or equipment.
• No Altering of, or interfering with, any posted/displayed information or equipment (TVs).
• No Fighting or verbal confrontation with other customers or OTB employees.
• No Loitering inside restrooms.
• No Soliciting of any kind.

Any person deemed by management to be under the influence of alcohol, or any controlled substance, will be ejected.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT IN THE VICINITY OF AN OTB FACILITY

• No Loitering or blocking sidewalks.
• No Littering.
• No Drinking alcoholic beverages in front of branch.
• No Illegal gambling of any kind.
• No Violating Public Health Laws.
• Violators are subject to removal and/or arrest.
• Persistent violators will not be permitted in the branch and a Notice of Trespass will be issued.
• Police action will be taken when appropriate.
